These guys are a great label with a focus on the power pop genre. They have great web/mail order catalog that just happens to carry The Sterling Loons "What to do in Trouble". . . Another fine band from Seattle, led by songwriter Paul Hiraga. The new CD "Like You Believe It" is really good, and once again, features our own Jeff Brown on many songs. Robert Roth is best known as the mastermind behind the Seattle group Truly. Truly put out several highly acclaimed releases on labels Sub Pop, Capitol, and Thick. You can also hear Eamon Nordquist on both guitar and backing vocals on several of the songs on these great albums. Robert also has a fantastic solo record which is out on Pattern25. Allison Agostinelli / Natalie Oswald / Gold Rabbit Studios Check out the fantastic artwork of Seattle artists Allison Agostinelli and Natalie Oswald at Gold Rabbit Studios. Groovy station from Ft. Collins, CO that is a big supporter of truly independent music (including The Sterling Loons). It's International, it's Pop, and it is coming to overthrow the world! The power pop extravaganza put on by the illustrious David Bash that keeps growing every year with more acts from more states and countries. We played both the LA and Seattle festivals in 2006 and played the Seattle show in 2007. |
